Driver Improvement Program

Our Driver Improvement Program provides registrants with an integrated educational pathway designed to promote responsible driving behavior, legal compliance, personal accountability, and professional readiness.

The program features Victim Awareness, Anger Management, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (DWLSR), and Anti-Theft classes. By offering these programs complementarily to Class A & Class B CDL theory courses, registrants can access both driver-improvement education and commercial vehicle operations/controls knowledge & preparation through a coordinated learning environment.

What the Program Offers Registrants

  • Victim AwarnessEducation: Helps participants understand the personal, family, community, and public-safety consequences that harmful or irresponsible decisions can have on victims and others.

  • Anger Management: Provides practical instruction in recognizing triggers, managing emotional responses, improving communication, resolving conflict, and making responsible decisions in stressful situations—including situations encountered behind the wheel and in the workplace.

  • Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (DWLSR): Educates registrants regarding responsible driving practices, the consequences associated with driving while suspended or revoked, and the importance of maintaining compliance with applicable licensing requirements.

  • Anti-Theft Education: Promotes accountability, ethical decision-making, awareness of the consequences of theft-related behavior, and development of strategies intended to reduce repeat misconduct.

An Integrated Approach to Driver Development

Rather than treating driver improvement and commercial driver education as unrelated services, the program creates a continuum of education, accountability, safety, and workforce development. A registrant may enter the organization seeking to satisfy an applicable court, agency, employer, or personal educational requirement and also have access to a pathway toward commercial driver training and employment preparation.

This complementary model is designed to help registrants address past behaviors while preparing for future opportunities. Through behavioral education the program supports responsible decision-making, traffic and licensing awareness, safety instruction, and ELDT theory training; developing safer, more accountable, and career-ready drivers.

Program Value Proposition:
From driver improvement to professional driver development, the program combines accountability, education, safety, and workforce preparation within one comprehensive training model.
